How can I determine when my Mitsubishi is due for its next service?

 

The recommended service interval is every 3750 miles.  We offer a Service Menu for more details.

 

Do I need an appointment when bringing my car in for service?

 

We recommend that any service (other than an emergency) should be scheduled to ensure your service is performed as quickly as possible.  For your convenience, you can schedule service online.

 

Does Don Herring Mitsubishi detail vehicles?

 

Absolutely.  We do provide detailing services at each of our locations. 

 

How do I schedule a courtesy ride and how far will they take me?

 

You will be able to schedule a courtesy ride when you drop your vehicle off for service.  Courtesy rides are available within a 15-mile radius of Don Herring Mitsubishi.

 

What do I do if my Mitsubishi becomes disabled?

 

Call the Don Herring location closest to you, Plano 888.778.4549, Dallas 866.370.3543 or Irving 866.342.6065. Or if it after hours or you are out of town and your Mitsubishi is within 5 year 60,000 miles call Mitsubishi Roadside assistance at 888.648.7820.

 

My vehicle is damaged what should I do next?

 

You should call our Service Department so we can guide you through the process of working with the insurance company.  We can help answer all your questions and assist you with scheduling an appointment and with arranging a rental vehicle.  Our Body Shop is a certified Mitsubishi collision repair center and works with all insurance companies.  Remember, it's your choice on where to have your vehicle repaired.

 

How often should my tires be rotated?

 

Tire experts recommend a tire rotation every 7,500 miles.  Tire pressure should be checked every few weeks.  Maintaining proper tire pressure can improve gas mileage and prolong the life of your tires.

 

How can I purchase or inquire about an extended warranty?

 

Our experienced staff of Business managers has all the information you need to make an informed decision on the purchase of an extended warranty.  All of our extended warranty products must be purchased before 30 days and 1,000 miles of the factory warranty expiration.
